Project Launch: UK Public Sector Finance Recovery
We are pleased to announce that AJS Strategic has been appointed as the lead technical partner for a major UK Local Authority's finance recovery initiative.
The Challenge
Like many public sector bodies, the Council faced a significant deficit in their Social Care budget. Data was fragmented across legacy OLM systems and external spreadsheets, leading to "income leakage", where care is delivered but not accurately billed.
The Intervention
We are deploying our proprietary Forensic SQL Logic framework to audit 5 years of historic data. This does not involve manual checking; we are engineering a script that autonomously cross-references care logs against ledger entries.
The Target
We project the recovery of approximately £2,000,000 in unbilled revenue within the first 12 weeks of engagement.
